Into the Deep/Mysteries of Egypt
Sent $80 at the IMAX Theater this weekend. Make sure you want to go there before you kick the money down. Here are the reviews of the 2 films we saw there.
Note: Fantasia 2000 opens at the Esquire IMAX theater on Kst. This Jan 1st. It's set for a 4 month run and we caught the trailer for it this weekend. On the IMAX screen this film will be difficult to top. Featuring 7 new animation sequences and The Sorcerer's Apprentice. If you're a fan of animation or classical music you won't want to miss this.
Review - A simple documentary about life in and around a kelp forest. Nothing groundbreaking as far as information goes but watching an underwater documentary in 3D is pretty cool. Just imagine standing on the ocean floor watching seals slide across the sandy bottom of a dense kelp forest. It's great to watch.
